When I started sharing my thoughts on fitness, mental health, and personal growth, I knew it wouldn’t always be easy. The truth is—when you step out and try to create something meaningful, there will always be people who laugh, criticize, or mock what you’re doing. That’s just the way the world works.
But here’s the thing: I’m not doing this for them.
I’m starting The Keep Going Mentality podcast because I believe in the power of sharing stories, lessons, and encouragement. Life can feel overwhelming, isolating, and heavy—but sometimes, hearing the right words at the right time can change everything. If just one person listens and decides to take their health seriously, to heal their mind, or to keep pushing forward when life tries to break them—then every ounce of effort I put into this podcast is worth it.
This isn’t about being perfect, pretending I have all the answers, or trying to impress anyone. This is about creating a space where we talk honestly about struggles, victories, and what it truly takes to build a stronger body and a healthier mind.
I know some people will roll their eyes. I know some people won’t understand why I care so much. But I also know there are people out there who need to hear the message: you are not alone, you are stronger than you think, and you have a reason to keep going.
